i found the tourist information and taxi service very helpful. the front desk staff explained their check-in policy clearly. ayu, the guest relations manager, recommended activities. housekeeping was prompt and clean so i was grateful.

The hotel's location was really good, close to both the beach and various dining spots. I found the rooftop pool and restaurant offered beautiful views, especially during meals. The staff were helpful and friendly.

a sweet escape
beach proximity clean room anniversary cake
the hotel is close to the beach and some nightlife, perfect. the rooms were clean and housekeeping made sure i had everything i needed. they even organized a special cake for my anniversary. this was so lovely of them, a great touch for a romantic stay.
i noticed some noise from nearby establishments, but it was manageable.

Average stay with noise issues
late noise firm pillows
The noise was a significant problem. Music from nearby establishments was audible late into the night. the pillows were uncomfortably firm. They were too high for restful sleep. These two factors combined.
